Recreation Activities
Explore. Move. Connect. Your Way.
At Rebound WA, we believe everyone deserves the chance to enjoy the outdoors, try something new, and connect with others — no matter their mobility level.
That’s why we offer a growing range of inclusive recreation activities and specialist equipment that make movement, adventure, and social participation possible for people living with physical disabilities.
Whether you're joining a fishing trip, taking a dance class, or heading out on your own adventure with one of our adaptive devices — we’re here to support you every step (or wheel) of the way.
Recreation Activities
Biannual Fishing Trip
Held twice a year at accessible fishing spots, our community fishing trips are all about fresh air, good company, and low-key fun. Everything is set up for accessibility, and you don’t need any experience to take part. It’s a relaxing day out, with great vibes and even better stories.
Para Dance
Join us for inclusive dance sessions designed for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility. It’s creative, joyful, and a great way to move your body while connecting with others through rhythm and expression. No pressure, no prior dance experience — just fun!
Wheelchair Tai Chi
Gentle, flowing movements designed to improve mobility, posture, and mindfulness. These sessions are low-impact, fully seated, and tailored to your ability. A great option for relaxation and wellbeing in a calm, friendly environment.
