For people living with physical disability, involvement in any sport offers very real benefits to health, strength and resilience.

There are a lot of possibilities and we can help you explore them. Whether you are interested in trying out some sports for size, looking to join a team sport for fun, fitness and friendship, or aiming for the highest level of elite sport – we can help you get there. We can help connect you with the right equipment, funding, people, facilities, competition, team or club.

Many disability sports cater to a wide range of mobility impairments and may be suited to anyone from full time wheelchair users to people whose impairment is barely noticeable.

There are lots of opportunities through the year to experience different sporting activities and we will also introduce you to other members who can offer advice, tips and support on your sporting journey.
